Wānaka Community Hub Office Pricing

The Kai and Pembroke Offices each include a desk and two chairs. The Kumara Office offers three desks, three chairs, and private external access.

These offices are ideal for small groups of 1 to 4 people.

Wānaka Community Hub Meeting Room Pricing

The Meeting Room, spanning 60m², accommodates up to 40 people standing and 30 people seated. It’s a fantastic multi-purpose space perfect for board meetings, art groups, training courses, and more.

The room includes board tables, chairs, a SMARTboard, a whiteboard, and two external doors.

Wānaka Community Hub Upstairs Meeting Room Pricing

The Upstairs Meeting Room, a 60m² carpeted space, accommodates up to 40 people standing or 30 people seated. It’s ideal for board meetings, training courses, exercise classes, and more. The room includes trestle tables, chairs, a projector and screen, and a whiteboard.

Please note, this room is accessible only via stairs and has one exit.

Wānaka Community Hub Sidey Auditorium Pricing

The Sidey Auditorium is a 150m² carpeted space that can accommodate up to 200 people standing or 120 people seated. It’s perfect for community meetings, board meetings, training courses, exercise classes, performances, and more. The room features tables, chairs, an inbuilt projector and screen, and a loop hearing system. Additionally, there are two external doors and a servery window connected to our kitchen.

The Community Hub Kitchen is a 17m² galley-style stainless steele kitchen equipped with a commercial dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, hot water ZIP, hot water urn, and 60 coffee mugs. It also features a servery window that opens into the Sidey Auditorium.

Wānaka Community Hub Reception Pricing

The Hub Reception space, measuring 141m², features couches, chairs, coffee tables, and our reception desk. It’s perfect for parties, art exhibitions, meetings and community information sessions.

Please note this space is available for hire only at weekends and after business hours.

The Wānaka Lionesses offer crockery for hire, perfect for events both at The Hub and off-site. Our selection includes a variety of glasses, cutlery, crockery, cups and saucers, milk jugs and salt and pepper ensuring your event is well-equipped. Whether you're hosting a small workshop or a large celebration, our crockery rental service provides convenience and elegance, helping to make your occasion a success.
