What We Do
The Wanaka Community House Charitable Trust was formed to build a Community Hub for Wanaka. This centrally located facility officially opened in November 2019. The Hub provides space in a cooperative and supportive environment and helps to build a sense of community and social wellbeing. The Hub will house a number of connected social services for all residents of the community to access, and also offers offices, meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen and an auditorium for seminars, corporate meetings, art class, exhibitions, music recitals etc. The Hub is a real first for Wanaka.
